Cleansing bath for the next full moon!!!! August is a perfect month to re-energize our body. Thanks to the month of August we all have so much herbs in our gardens , so here is a way to use all our good things. Make plenty for gives and to save for the winter blues!. Trust me these will bring a sunshine in a rainy day. And the best way to keep our herbs longer and our magick alive:
Lavender, Lemon and Thyme Bath Salts
Ingredients:
2 drops Lavender , home grown !!or a cup of lavender flowers ! Freshly cut, will have more of the fresh natural oils.
1 drop Lemon Organic, or a herb like lemon balm!(1/4 cps)
1 handful crushed dried thyme
1 cup Bath Salt (unscented)
Sprinkle Lavender, Lemon and Thyme Bath Salts into a warm bath for a heavenly scent which is both relaxing and invigorating. Pour salt into a bowl. Sprinkle over it the crushed dried time and stir. Add the drops of essential oils, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Mix well – this is important to ensure that the scent is evenly spread. Store the salts in a wooden box, glass jar . (Use glass if you plan to store it a long time — glass will ensure that the container does not absorb the essential oils.) Sprinkle the salts into a warm bath for a heavenly scent which is both relaxing and invigorating.
I like to use it as a dry exfoliator , of course
You will be so young after these ritual!!
